Parks Sports, a Utah County sports retailer, needed to appeal to an ever-changing customer base that was becoming harder and harder to reach.  Our in-house research showed the Park's customer wanted to buy from a retailer that understood them and their unique wants and needs.  They wanted to buy from someone who was as passionate about their sports as they were.  They wanted someone who they could trust, someone, who "spoke their language"
