Following implementing our Power of One research-based methodology, we knew that what car buyers, particularly new car buyers desired more that anything else was a "worry-free" buying experience. This meant, "bottom-line pricing", a "price match guaranty", a "3 day exchange promise", an "engines for life" guarantee and recently "worry free maintenence".
Further, we wrote and produced customer jingle lyrics to "brand" each area of the dealership as part of the customer's "worry-free"buying experience.
